Job Description
Job Description - Qualification- Graduate / MBA FROM A REPUTED INSTITUTE Experience: Minimum 2 to 3years of Sales experience ( Real Estate) Job Description: • Responsible for Sales target • To have in-depth knowledge of all new projects in their area, with all collaterals, floor plans, price sheet etc • Should be able to update the sales reports timely & present it to the leadership • Update new projects timely on Customer Relationship Management portal (CRM) • Responsible for Calling assigned leads and updating status and remarks on CRM on daily basis • Responsible for scheduling client visits and ensuring closures. • Responsible for maintaining PR with site managers and sourcing managers • Update inventories timely in the CRM • Daily be a part of the morning meetings & de briefing in the evening
