Job Description
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, customer inquiries, and order processing
- Organize and maintain sales documentation and reports
- Communicate with clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
