Job Description
- Assist the sales team in managing daily operations and activities
- Coordinate with customers to provide product information, pricing, and quotes
- Manage sales contracts and agreements with clients
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Support sales team in prospecting and lead generation efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues promptly
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
