Job title: Sales & Business Development Manager
Company: Social Hikers
Job Location: Dehradun / Roorkee / Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Gender: Female Candidates Only (Mandatory)
About the Role
Social Hikers is looking for a confident, fluent, and people-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager who can take ownership of monthly sales targets, build strong relationships with potential clients, and convert business conversations into successful deals.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, comfortable with negotiations, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of independently managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and pitch Social Hikers' services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and move prospects through the complete sales funnel.
- Handle client objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals successfully.
- Work closely with Devansh and the relevant team to plan and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, opportunities, and conversions.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for generating qualified leads.
- Take complete ownership of assigned sales targets and consistently work towards achieving them.
- Ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales and conversion process.
Mandatory Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Candidate must be currently based in Dehradun, Roorkee, or Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
- Candidates from other cities will not be considered.
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Confident and professional while interacting with clients.
- Good understanding of sales, business development, lead conversion, and follow-up processes.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of sales targets.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar client-facing role will be preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals will be preferred.
Compensation
₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives
For candidates with strong relevant experience and a proven sales track record, compensation can be discussed accordingly.
