Job Description
Position: Sales Associate - Toyota Process (Semi-Voice)
Join our team for the Toyota Process as a Sales Associate, where you'll play a
crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience,
proficiency in English and Hindi, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone and email to provide sales assistance and
support for Toyota products.
Utilize your sales experience to identify customer needs, recommend suitable
products, and close sales effectively.
Provide accurate and detailed information about Toyota vehicles, pricing,
features, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer
experience throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets
and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or
related industry.
Fluency in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
Graduation degree or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a semi-voice environment, handling both calls and
emails.
Work location: Kudlu gate, Bangalore.
Salary: 25,000
