Job Description
- Implement and oversee safety programs and policies within the organization
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
- Investigate workplace accidents and develop corrective action plans
- Communicate and collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Prepare and submit required safety reports to regulatory agencies
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for reducing hazards in the workplace
- Monitor and track safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Serve as a resource for employees on safety-related issues and questions.
