Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Create and implement strategies to increase store profitability and drive business growth
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Train and develop staff to provide product knowledge and enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and marketing initiatives to attract customers
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to make informed business decisions.
