Job Description
- Engage with customers on the sales floor to provide exceptional service and drive sales of jewelry items
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate knowledge of product features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Assist with inventory management by restocking merchandise and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the overall shopping experience
