Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and upselling of services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients
- Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on account performance and progress
- Analyze and understand client needs to deliver tailored and effective solutions

- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively meet client needs
- Proactively address client concerns and feedback to improve overall satisfaction
