Job Description
Brief Role: • Identify and promote opportunities for PwD talent • Organize and facilitate DEI sensitization workshops • Network with like-minded stakeholders to promote DEI values • Work with corporate and business teams to ensure PwD candidates are integrated successfully into the recruitment process • Support and drive communication with PwD candidates & throughout the hiring process • Take ownership of the project and ensure its success (Further role will be shared during personal interaction) • Details: • 3 plus years of experience in recruitment with a fair understanding of DEI concepts • Salary Range - Rs. 25K to 35K _(Depending on skills & expertise)_ • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and committed to making a positive impact • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • 2-wheeler preferred • Office Location: Aundh, Pune • Timings: Monday - Saturday | 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. • We are looking for immediate joiners Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a further rundown on the profile & process.
