Job Description

- Assist with the recruitment process for all open positions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Manage recruitment software and databases
- Update job postings on company website and job boards
- Assist with creating job descriptions and advertising strategies
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
