Job Description

Proven experience in recruiting within the KPO industry, with a solid understanding of its unique requirements and dynamics. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives, including mass hiring and bulk placements. Deep knowledge of various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks. Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes and ensure efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also independently managing recruitment assignments. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
