Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support our growth across India and the USA. You will source, screen, schedule, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles
- Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct screenings and assess fit
- Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a great candidate experience
What You Need
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (service or financial services preferred)
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Ability to manage multiple positions
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Work Schedule
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)
