Job Title: Integration Administrator – Platform Engineering
Location: Mumbai / Pune / Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Department: Enterprise Integration
Budget: Up to INR 25 LPA
Requirment: Candidates with strong experience in integration technologies, preferably with exposure to the Boomi platform, along with relevant technical and problem-solving capabilities.
About the Role
We are building intelligent and resilient systems that keep our digital integrations fast, secure, and scalable. We are looking for a Boomi-focused Integration Administrator to join our Platform Engineering team.
This is more than a support role—it is a high-impact opportunity to lead platform operations at the intersection of Integration Management, CI/CD Automation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Boomi platform administration, automation, monitoring, and enterprise integration infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Boomi Administration – Primary Focus
- Own and manage the Boomi platform, including Atom, Molecule, and Cloud configurations.
- Handle clustering, tuning, upgrades, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Boomi runtimes, connector issues, and deployment configurations.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and high availability across environments.
- Implement automated monitoring and recovery mechanisms.
CI/CD & DevOps Automation
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Implement Git-based workflows for version control, deployment artifacts, rollback strategies, and environment configurations.
- Improve release automation and deployment efficiency.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions such as Datadog or similar tools.
- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, uptime, and reliability metrics.
- Automate platform health checks, alerting systems, and incident response workflows.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Configure, secure, and monitor Managed File Transfer (MFT) processes using AS2, SFTP, FTPS.
- Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Information Security teams to meet compliance and security standards.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, runbooks, platform documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, and platform scalability initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Integration Engineering, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Boomi Administration, including Molecule setup, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware operations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation domain.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible).
- Knowledge of API gateways and enterprise middleware systems.
