Job Description
- Handle all the incoming and outgoing calls, handle all incoming and outgoing emails, record keeping of inward and outward. Developing new customer relation by doing targeted calling and generate new business leads – Referring to the database, call in a professional manner to reach the decision maker of the Company to check whether they require our products or, services. Update the details in our database and do the necessary follow-up again to book the orders.
Required technical and soft skills:
- You need to learn the basics of our products (We will give you the training).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
