Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendar
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
