Job Description
The Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees. This position involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors:
- Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Take messages and relay them accurately.
- Office Coordination:
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Monitor office supplies and restock as needed.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Security and Access Control:
- Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Monitor access to the premises and report any suspicious activity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, printer).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
