Job Description

- Achieve sales targets by prospecting potential clients and converting leads into customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Understand market trends and property values to advise clients on their real estate investments
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and facilitate the closing process
- Collaborate with other team members to share market insights and best practices
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage client communications, and create reports on sales activity
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
