Job Description

- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Understand clients' needs and preferences and help them find the perfect property
- Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, prices, and regulations
- Assist clients with negotiating and closing deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with other agents, mortgage lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
