Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of quality inspection and finishing for women's garments, from pre-production to final packing.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, trims, and finished garments, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control systems and procedures.
- Manage and motivate a team of quality inspectors and finishing personnel.
- Liaise with production, merchandising, and design teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with all international quality standards and buyer specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality control and finishing.
Additional skills and qualifications:
- Experience working in an export-oriented garment manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and quality control software (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
