Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of quality inspection and finishing for women's garments, from pre-production to final packing.
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, trims, and finished garments, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Implement and maintain effective quality control systems and procedures.
• Manage and motivate a team of quality inspectors and finishing personnel.
• Liaise with production, merchandising, and design teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with all international quality standards and buyer specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality control and finishing.

• Experience working in an export-oriented garment manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
