Job Description
- Manage the procurement process for all materials and services necessary for company operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective pricing
- Analyze market trends and negotiate contracts to obtain the best terms and conditions for the company
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve purchasing strategies
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement in the procurement process and implement changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing activities
- Keep accurate records of all purchasing transactions and documentation.
