Vevion Solutions Service Llp is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Associate to join our dynamic team. The Purchase Associate will be responsible for assisting procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, and placing orders for goods and services. Job Description

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining purchasing processes
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Work closely with various departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest ways to improve purchasing practices
- Resolve any discrepancies with orders or deliveries
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in purchasing
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimize efficiency
