Job Description
Job Title: Property Sales Executive – GIFT City Project
Company: Gujarat Property
Location: Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Preference: Candidates residing in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar only
Vehicle: Own vehicle mandatory
Role Overview
Gujarat Property is looking for a Property Sales Executive to support sales activities for its GIFT City Project.
The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, property presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, documentation, and closing property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Customer Interaction: Call prospective leads from customer data lists.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers through proactive outreach.
- Product Presentation: Conduct property presentations and explain project features to clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documentation, agreements, and compliance records.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transaction closure.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads until conversion.
- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and closures.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Sales.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Ability to work toward sales and conversion targets.
Other Requirements
- Candidates must reside in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
