Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell properties
- Provide information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, and any special promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep accurate records of all sales and client interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on market trends and property values in order to provide informed advice to clients
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Work with a sense of urgency and persistence to convert leads into sales
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
