Job Description
- Develop and deliver training materials for new and existing employees
- Conduct training sessions to improve process adherence and efficiency
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their development
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure consistent training and messaging across departments
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company processes and procedures
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure training aligns with quality standards.
