Job Description
- Oversee and manage all plant operations and activities
- Supervise a team of plant workers to ensure efficient production and quality control
- Set production goals and monitor performance to achieve targets
- Enforce safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance
- Create and maintain documentation on plant processes and procedures
- Collaborate with management to strategize and align plant operations with overall business goals
