Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Supervise daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
 Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize down time.
 Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance issues promptly.
 Train and supervise plant staff to ensure adherence to standard operating proceduresand quality standards.
 Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements.
 Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to meet production demands.
 Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product quality and consistency.
 Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance metrics and identifyareas for improvement.
 Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among plant personnel.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
 Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Agriculture is preferred.
 Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
 Strong technical knowledge of machinery and plant operations.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
