Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Banking Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services to individual and corporate clients. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and client outreach activities.
Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions to meet their needs.
Educate clients about the features, benefits, and terms of banking products and services, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Process customer applications, documentation, and transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues or complaints, and promote additional banking products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and customer service, to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue targets, new customer acquisition, and cross-selling ratios.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
Professional demeanor and appearance, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
