Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Reports to: Founder
CTC: ₹8–₹12 LPA (based on experience and prior scale)

Sadhna.co is one of India's fastest-growing sacred fragrance and devotional products D2C brands. We make premium pooja essentials rooted in ancient Indian traditions, built for the modern household. Meta and Google are our primary growth engines, supported by a strong creative and content engine in-house.
We're a lean, high-velocity team that operates on AI-augmented workflows, tight performance loops, and a strong point of view on creative.
The Role
You will own Meta and Google paid acquisition end-to-end. This is not a "manage the agency" role — you will be hands-on in Ads Manager every day, scripting tests, reading funnel data, and making scaling calls. You will work directly with the Founder, the creative team (designers + video editors), and the retention lead to build a paid acquisition engine that compounds.
The right person treats every ₹1 spent like it's their own and gets visibly excited about a CPM drop or a CTR breakthrough.
What You'll Own
Full P&L responsibility for Meta and Google paid acquisition — spend, CAC, ROAS, MER, blended new customer acquisition cost
Daily campaign management across CBO/Advantage+ structures on Meta and Performance Max/Search on Google
Creative testing roadmap — briefing the video and design team, defining test hypotheses, running structured experiments, and feeding back winners and losers with data
Scaling decisions — when to push, when to pull, when to restructure
Weekly reporting to Founder with crisp commentary on what moved and why (no vanity dashboards)
Working closely with retention to align acquisition with LTV, not just first-purchase ROAS
Owning the attribution stack (Triple Whale + native platforms) and making sense of conflicting signals
Staying ahead of Meta and Google policy changes, especially in the devotional/wellness category
Must-Haves
3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Currently or recently from a D2C brand — agency-only backgrounds will not be considered
Has personally managed ₹50L+/month in ad spend — please mention the exact number and brand in your application
Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (CBO, Advantage+, audience structures, creative testing frameworks)
Strong Google Ads experience (Search, PMax, Shopping)
Comfort with Shopify analytics, GA4, and at least one attribution tool (Triple Whale preferred)
Numerate — you can read a funnel, isolate where the leak is, and propose the fix
Strong written communication — you can explain a 30% ROAS swing in three crisp sentences
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in fragrance, wellness, beauty, or devotional categories
Exposure to Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
Klaviyo or email/SMS attribution literacy
Experience scripting creative briefs or directing UGC shoots
