Job Description
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Know how to run an advertising campaign on Amazon, Flipkart, Snap Deal, or other marketplaces.
- Develop and manage marketplace budgets and goals, with a deep understanding of e-commerce budgeting.
- Define strategy and drive business growth for clients across Categories by Performance Marketing in various Marketplaces.
- Design and oversee all aspects of the Performance marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, along with the team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor campaign budgets.
- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, promotions, discounts, and other digital projects.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
1. Candidate must be a graduate
2. PG is not mandatory but it can be an add-on
3. Communication, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills must be high along with experience in team handling.
