Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Know how to run an advertising campaign on Amazon, Flipkart, Snap Deal, or other marketplaces.
  • Develop and manage marketplace budgets and goals, with a deep understanding of e-commerce budgeting.
  • Define strategy and drive business growth for clients across Categories by Performance Marketing in various Marketplaces.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the Performance marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, along with the team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, promotions, discounts, and other digital projects.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

1. Candidate must be a graduate

2. PG is not mandatory but it can be an add-on

3. Communication, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills must be high along with experience in team handling.
