Location: Ahmdabad
Salary: Up to 20k CTC

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Patient Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to listening.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to patients to check on their well-being and medicine requisition
• Follow up with patients regarding their health and doctor checkups
• Register and answer patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM
• Update conversations in CRM and share feedback with concerned teams
• Handle patient complaints and pacify them
Requirements:
• Graduate degree
• 1 years of experience in voice calling
• Good communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to listen proactively and handle work well
• Language skills: English and Hindi
