Job Description
Selling Key Products:
- Pitch and sell our key products to small and medium-sized businesses through outbound channels.
- Customer Understanding:
- Understand customer requirements by gathering information and provide consultative solutions that meet their needs.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on achieving financial goals.
- Product Promotion:
- Effectively promote the company's products and services, addressing and predicting clients' objectives.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and diligently follow up with clients to ensure monthly targets are met.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work collaboratively with top-performing salespeople in the SaaS industry, fostering a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Communication Channels:
- Utilize outbound channels such as calls, emails, SMS, and chats to convince clients and drive sales.
Market Understanding:
- Stay informed about market scenarios and provide analytical feedback to the reporting manager.
Learning and Adaptability:
- Be open to continuous learning and adapting strategies based on situational demands.
Roster System:
- Comfortably work on a roster system as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven sales experience in software/IT/internet sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and customer prospecting.
- Understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
