- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates in the recruitment process

- Present qualified candidates to clients based on their hiring needs
- Utilize recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment strategies.
