Job Description
We are hiring for Operations Finance Associate
Qualification- Bachelors in BCom, or any related Accounts Degree
Required Skill Set: (In case of IT requirements) Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, Data Analytics

Job Description / Responsibilities
- Maintain Bills and Ledgers: Track and record all incoming and outgoing bills, ensuring timely payments and accurate ledger entries.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and books using Zoho Books or Tally, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- GST Compliance and TDS Compliance
- Optimize Shipping and Report Generation: Prepare daily reports on various metrics and analyze the data for decision making
- Returns, Exchanges: Manage Returns, Exchanges in platforms such as Unicommerce
- Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and identify trends and areas for improvement .
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Desired profile of the candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail environments.
- Experience with Zoho Books or Tally is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience: Ecommerce Experience or Accounts Handling - Min 1 year exp
