Job Description

- Oversee and manage all backend operations at Vplak India Pvt Ltd
- Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner
- Manage purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain effective supply chain management strategies
- Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operations performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operations management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
