The Operations Executive will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all processes run efficiently and smoothly. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, developing strategies to streamline processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Job Description

- Oversee and manage all backend operations at Vplak India Pvt Ltd
- Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner
- Manage purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain effective supply chain management strategies
- Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operations performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operations management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
