Job Description
Skills Required:
* Handling End-to-End Non-IT Recruitment.
* Sourcing candidates through various Job sites & Portals (Naukri)&(Monster), Employee referrals, as well as from internal database for the given requirements.
* Screening the Profiles as per the Client Requirement, according to the availability, Interest level, Salary range, Relocation, and Basic qualification.
* Following up the candidates till they join.
* Maintaining Database of all the Candidates weekly, Monthly trackers.
