Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring Online Channels:

o Track and analyze brand mentions, reviews, and comments across

various digital platforms (social media, blogs, forums, review sites,

etc.).

o Use tools like Google Alerts, Social Mention, and specialized ORM

software (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to stay informed

of public perception.

Responding to Reviews and Feedback:

o Respond professionally and promptly to both positive and negative

reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, etc.

o Address customer complaints and issues in a timely, effective manner

while maintaining a positive brand image.

Developing and Executing ORM Strategies:

o Create strategies to mitigate negative feedback and improve the

brand’s overall online sentiment.

o Collaborate with PR, social media, and content teams to develop

campaigns that enhance the brand's reputation.

Crisis Management:

o Identify and manage PR crises, and escalate issues to the appropriate

departments.

o Develop action plans to address potential reputation threats and

ensure timely, transparent communication during crises.

Content Creation & Management:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that

promotes the brand’s values and improves its online perception.

o Engage with online communities, influencers, and bloggers to create

positive narratives about the brand.Analytics and Reporting:

o Measure and report on the impact of ORM strategies, including

sentiment analysis, review trends, and brand perception changes.

o Provide regular reports to key stakeholders on the brand’s online

reputation and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or

a related field.

Key Competencies:

1. Proficiency in English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication

skills are crucial for effective interactions.

2. Expertise in MS Excel: Candidates should have a good understanding of Excel

sheets.

3. Skill in PowerPoint Presentations: The ability to create compelling and visually

appealing presentations is necessary for ORM monthly report making.
