Get Slim is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee all administrative and operational functions of our weight loss clinic. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient communication between staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Job Description

- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Implement and enforce security protocols
- Collaborate with management team on strategic planning initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Support HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding
- Track and report office metrics to upper management.
