Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Implement and enforce security protocols
- Collaborate with management team on strategic planning initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Support HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding
- Track and report office metrics to upper management.
