Job Description

About Us:
We are dedicated to the upliftment of the Disabled Community, particularly focusing on visually impaired individuals. Our initiatives include organizing fun-filled trips and various events aimed at enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
* Develop programs aligned with our mission and vision, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support staff and volunteers to fulfil their roles optimally.
* Build and maintain essential relationships within the community.
* Serve as the public face of the NGO and engage with the targeted population.
* Conduct fundraising activities ethically and identify strategies aligned with our mission.
* Coordinate closely with partners for smooth program implementation.
* Plan and implement organizational programs and services.
* Attend meetings with donors and government officials to advocate for policies benefiting the community.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, overseeing tasks and encouraging performance.
* Source fundraising opportunities and explore avenues for self-sustainability.
* Prepare project proposals and annual reports.
* Maintain communication with past donors and beneficiaries.
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and providing agendas.
* Report progress and plans to the NGO's trustees regularly.
* Oversee the appointment of personnel as needed.
* Manage all social media platforms, ensuring regular updates and creative content.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector.
* Passion for serving the community and knowledge of relevant laws.
* Residency within a 15 km radius of Ashok Vihar, Delhi-110052.
