As the MIS Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's Management Information System (MIS) to ensure it meets the organization's needs. You will oversee a team of analysts and developers to create and maintain databases, generate reports, and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for system improvement and implement enhancements to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, experience with database management systems, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage projects and drive continuous improvement of the MIS system.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of management information systems
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Develop and implement data security protocols
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain database integrity and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify information system needs
- Train employees on system usage and best practices
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
