Job title: MICE Sales Manager

Salary:10–12 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MICE Sales professional with 5–8 years of experience in corporate travel, events, and hospitality.
The candidate will be responsible for driving MICE business, managing corporate accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering end-to-end event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate new MICE and corporate business through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Manage existing corporate clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and create customized proposals, itineraries, and event concepts.
- Handle end-to-end MICE requirements including conferences, meetings, incentives, exhibitions, corporate events, and group travel.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure profitable closures.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site inspections, and sales calls.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and service standards are maintained.
- Track leads, sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed events.
- Identify market trends, new destinations, venues, and MICE opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Strong knowledge of MICE travel and corporate event management.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel/event management tools.
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales / Corporate Travel / Hospitality Sales / Event Management / DMC.
- Existing corporate client network and industry relationships will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling large groups and high-value corporate events preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and site inspections.
