Job Description
- Responsible for delivering medications to customers in a timely manner
- Safely transport medications to various locations within designated time frames
- Ensure accurate and secure delivery of prescriptions to patients
- Coordinate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient delivery routes
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Verify patient information and confirm delivery addresses before departure
- Handle cash-on-delivery transactions and maintain accurate payment records
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays to pharmacy management promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle at all times.
