Job Description
Requirements:
· Undergraduates and Freshers are considered.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and create accurate invoices for the services we provide.
· Send invoices to our clients in a timely manner, making sure they have all the necessary details.
· Keep track of outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
· Maintain organised records of invoices, payments received, and outstanding balances.
· Communicate with clients regarding any payment-related queries and provide assistance when needed.
· Generate reports on invoice status and payments received for management review.
