Job Description

Role: Manager – Design Required Skills: Experience in video production and digital storytelling Deep knowledge of design, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy, and imagery Expertise in digital marketing and creative content development Knowledge of UI/UX design principles Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) Job Description: Lead visual narratives and align with writers, social media managers, and the brand manager. Develop innovative ideas and create engaging graphics and videos. Experiment with distinct visuals that captivate audiences. Responsibilities: Design campaign creatives, product visuals, and other design needs. Stay updated with digital trends and best practices. Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. Create content that inspires the target audience. Optimize graphics for various media and usability. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. Mentor designers and maintain high standards of design. Challenges & Decisions: Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Drive growth and cost optimization. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Design or Graphic Design. 5-8 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with social media content formats. Skills & Behaviors: Keen eye for aesthetics and details. Strong portfolio of related works. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with a high level of ownership. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Must-Have: Graduated from a Tier 1 design-based college (e.g., NID). Experience in tech and product-based companies (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Flipkart). In-depth knowledge of design principles and proficiency in design software.
