Job Title: Management Trainee - Inside Sales (F&B Packaging Solutions)
Location: Madhyamgram, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹2.5 LPA
Pepcom Private Limited is hiring BBA/MBA graduates (Sales & Marketing) for an Inside Sales role focused on the F&B ecosystem and sustainable packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and profile F&B brands
- Conduct cold calling and generate leads
- Educate clients on eco-friendly packaging solutions
- Manage client relationships from lead to closure and post-sales
- Travel locally and occasionally outstation as required
Qualifications:
- Fresh BBA/MBA (2025–2026 batches preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Bengali and English (Read, Write, Speak – Mandatory)
- Hindi (Speak & Understand)
- Ability to handle pricing objections and sell on value
