Job Description

  • Drafting Appeals/Replies to Show Cause Notices (SCN) in Indirect Taxation (either under the Service Tax regime or the current GST regime).
  • Conducting research for preparing the aforementioned replies and appeals.
  • Representing before various quasi-judicial authorities.
  • Handling Departmental Investigations/Enquiries.
  • Client handling, including correspondence related to indirect taxation matters.
  • Assisting seniors in various matters related to the above-mentioned litigations.
  • Providing representation before authorities or assisting in the same.

Salary- â‚¹7-8 LPA

Location- Gurgaon/ Delhi

Key Skills & Experience- Legal drafting, including Appeals, SCNs, Write Petitions.

Experience- At least 1 year of prior experience in indirect tax litigation.
