- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
