Role Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new leads to support the company’s land investment portfolio and sales pipeline.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Noida Extension Area, requiring close collaboration with the local team and direct involvement in client-focused activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients and identify potential investors.
- Qualify leads based on relevant requirements and investment potential.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective targeting and conversion.
- Contribute to outreach campaigns.
- Support basic market analysis and research.
- Analyze markets and profile potential investors.
- Research and understand relevant land investment trends.
- Support the development of the company's sales pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with a proven ability to identify and manage new leads.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to engage prospects and present value propositions clearly.
- Sales-focused mindset, with experience in converting qualified leads into opportunities.
- Strong research skills for analyzing markets, profiling potential investors, and understanding land investment trends.
- Basic understanding of real estate or land investment concepts is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and/or Business Management preferred.
